Friday June 27th
Hi all! This has been a super busy week and I have hardly been on the computer at all. My daughters are in a local musical, Willy Wonka Jr and this week has been dress rehearsal everyday ending with performances last night and tonight. On top of that I have been redecorating their room, I am almost done. The furniture was delivered today and I got the room all set up. Now I only have some finishing touches to do. I have gotten in the mood to redecorate the house and I figure if I stop then I won’t get started again! LOL So I have 2 rooms down.
I don’t have any real big announcements today, I have kept up with reading my email but that is about as far as I have gotten in the past few days. Although I did have something I wanted to talk about that I find so very peculiar. What is up with this week long High Earner contest at Revolution Offers?? I find it confusing with all the numerous emails explaning how the members aren’t doing enough and how they are dropping the $5 daily high earner contest because of lack of participation. Then they are selling 2 of their sites due to lack of interest, yet they can come up with this contest where they are going to shell out a total of $175…..How is this even possible?? Obviously it isn’t, as I look at the contest stat updates. I can forsee the complaining emails!!

Well I received my very last payment from Mermaid Sand Dollars today. It made me feel a little sad to see the end of a site that I really enjoyed. It didn’t hurt that I was being paid to enjoy the site! :) Obviously all good things must some day come to an end, there has just been so much ending lately on the GPT forefront. Did the industry boom so fast that now there are just entirely too many sites for the amount of people?? I can understand when some sites announce their closing, it’s just obvious that it is coming after months of zero communication from the admin and nothing happening on the site. But a couple of the announcements have surprised me a little. I am keeping my fingers crossed that my favorites will stay.
On a more exciting note…… I finally decided to upgrade on Clix Sense today. It is $10 for the entire year. After my upgrade went through I had 500+ ads to click. I have only made it about 1/2 way through them so far. WoW! Not sure how this will go on a daily basis, (I read around 20 or more a day) but it should have me half way to paying off the upgrade.
