Dancing With the Stars Double Elimination 3/31/09
This week on Dancing with the Stars there were a lot of good performances. I love Gilles and Cheryl and Melissa and Tony, they were my favorites. I also thought that Shawn Johnson, Lil Kim, Ty Murray and Chuck Wicks had really good performances.
The perfomances I really couldn’t stand were Steve Wozniak, Holly Madison and Steve-O.
I was glad to see that Holly and Steve W. left tonight, I was beginning to think that Steve W. was going to be like Cloris Leachman and stay on forever.

Kissimmee Freedom to Enjoy Sweepstakes
I have a confession to make; I have never ever been to Florida! I know this is probably hard to believe but it is true. My husband visited Florida numerous times before meeting me. Yet since we got married we have never made the trip thinking there was just no way we could afford it.
Lately we have really been discussing trying to make a trip this summer. Our girls are 10 and 13 and are plenty old enough to make the very long drive we would have.
So wouldn’t it be awesome if we could visit for FREE? You must think I am crazy but hear me out. Right now you can enter to win a Kissimmee getaway with the “Freedom to Enjoy” Sweepstakes. They are giving away 3 weekend getaways for two. This includes 3 days and 2 nights. They are also giving away 2 week long vacations for four. Drawings will be held on or around 4/1/09, 5/1/09 and 6/1/09.
So what is there to do in Kissimmee? Believe it or not there are a lot of Free things you can do while visiting Kissimmee. If you are into history and culture you can check out the Historic Courthouse then head to the Kissimmee Sculpture Experience. Afterwards take a trip to the Lakefront Park for some relaxation.
One place I wouldn’t want to miss would be Gatorland. This would be great fun for the entire family. It has exotic animals and a water park all in one.
I will definitely be entering the Freedom to Enjoy Sweepstakes but even if I don’t win I have discovered a trip to Florida dosen’t have to break the bank.

American Idol Says Goodbye to Michael Sarver
On Thursdays results show it was an all male bottom three. Michael Sarver, Scott McIntyre and Matt Giraud. I have to say I was very surprised to see Matt in the bottom three. He was my favorite male performance of the night as well as my second favorite performance next to Allison Iraheta.
I was not at all surprised that Michael went home this week.
The remaining 9 are: Allison Iraheta, Lil Rounds, Megan Corkrey, Matt Giraud, Adam Lambert, Anoop Desai, Scott McIntyre, Kris Allen and Danny Gokey.

American Idol Does Motown
Last night the top 10 contesetants of American Idol performed some great Motown songs. I agreed some with the judges but not about everything.
My favorite performance of the night was Allison Iraheta and my second favorite was Matt Giraud. Others that I enjoyed were Danny Gokey, Kris Allen and Megan Corkrey. I really love Scott! Although I don’t believe he has any chance to win I think he is wonderful and very inspiring.
Last night I really didn’t like Lil Rounds, Adam Lambert or Anoop Desai. As for Michael Sarver I totally forgot about him altogether so I don’t think his performance did much for me.
I don’t know who I think will go tonight. Hopefully Anoop or Michael.
