Leonid “Wise Leo” Vs. David “Sex” Soller on So You Think You Can Dance
During the audition episodes of So You Think You Can Dance it is so busy with so many auditioning that I really can’t keep up with many names of the contestants I like. It isn’t until the show moves to Vegas that I can focus more on the individual dancer and start picking out my favorites.
Oddly enough though the contestants that I really don’t like at all seem to stand out the best. If you remember from seasons past there has been on contestant who just keeps coming back despite the fact that he Can’t Dance! David “Sex” Soller was back yet again this year after Nigel telling him last year not to return.
After the judges watch “Wise Leo’s” performance they decide that Leo and “Sex” should have dance showdown. I have to admit I totally laughed my butt off watching it. I just wonder why on earth he keeps coming back over and over just to be sent home. Unless just being on t.v. for that moment is what he is wanting out of it!
I am really excited to see the contestants head to Vegas next week. Over the 3 days of auditions I saw a lot of really amazing dancers and can’t wait to get to see more. I am hoping this year will be as exciting as last year!
So You think You Can Dance 5/27/09
Tonight audtions continued in Miami and Memphis. From what I could tell several amazing dancers went on to Vegas, sadly I missed a good portion of the show. A lovely thunderstorm decided to mess with my satellite while SYTYCD was on. So I had no sound for awhile as well as the picture breaking up many times.
There were a couple sets of siblings that made it through tonight that I really enjoyed watching perform. I can’t wait until they get to Vegas and start narrowing down the competion.
Natalie Reid Returns to So You Think You Can Dance
Last Thursday night was the first audition night for Season 5 of So You Think you Can Dance. The highlight for me was Natalie Reid! Last year when they were picking the top 20 and it was down to Natalie and Katee I really wanted them to pick Natalie. Ultimately I ended up loving Katee! Hopefully this year is Natalie’s chance to shine, I can’t wait to see more of her dancing.
