Murder She Wrote on T.V.: Angela Lansbury
I am a huge fan of “whodunit” type shows. My favorite genre in television is crime shows. I love CSI, NCIS, The Mentalist, Law and Order and the list goes on. I also love the earlier crime shows, Murder She Wrote, Matlock and Diagnosis Murder. These shows may not be full of grisly crime scenes nor do they have budgets that are starting to resemble that of a movie but they are where the “whodunits” began.
Right now I am watching the Murder she Wrote t.v. series through Netflix Streaming on my Wii. I have just started Season 2 which came out when I was 11. Through the years I saw the occasional episode however I had no idea there were 12 Seasons.
I am really enjoying it and will probably move to Matlock next. I have watch a lot of Matlock reruns but I am sure I haven’t seen them all.
The Ugly Truth: Gerard Butler and Catherine Heigl
I know I have mentioned before I am not a huge chick flick fan but on occasion I do what some. My hubby is away on business right now so it is as good a time as any to watch a few chick flicks I haven’t seen. Tonight I watched The Ugly Truth featuring Gerard Butler and Catherine Heigl.
First off, R was a good rating for this movie, not for specific “acts” but for the crass nature of the dialog. Despite the fact that my girls could NOT be in the room while I watched it I did find it pretty funny…..just very grown up in nature!
There were a lot of funny parts and that is what kept me watching because the romance stuff was super predictable.

Kelly Preston Having a Baby Boy at 47
Kelly Preston and John Travolta have recently announced that they are having a boy. Preston who is 47 and Travolta 56. I am happy for them especially after the recent death of their 16 yr old son Jett however I can’t even possibly imagine having a child at 47. Their baby is due to be born in November.
